The new anti-vandalism digital handle, Optimal Hand V2 S

With its Optimal ecosystem, Dény Security already has a full range of stand-alone or networked access control solutions to ensure the locking and security of all points to be secured in a building, as well as the traceability of flows. 

Today, the French manufacturer enriches its range of digital handles with the Optimal Hand V2 S, specially designed for outdoor installation and to guarantee a high level of resistance against vandalism.

Optimal Hand V2 S, a high security handle

Due to its reinforced design which gives it IP66 protection, the new Optimal Hand V2 S door handle from Dény Security is the ideal solution for securing exterior doors with frequent traffic (class 4 EN 16867) exposed to difficult climatic conditions (bad weather, pollution, temperature variations, etc.). Extremely robust, it guarantees a high degree of resistance to burglary and acts of vandalism.

This foolproof reliability also allows it to be installed on fire and smoke resistant doors (T90) but also on armoured doors approved CR3 according to the EN1627 standard, or even inside buildings to secure sensitive premises (server rooms computer science...).

The flexibility of the Optimal Hand V2 range

A direct complement to the Optimal Hand V2 electronic handles, the S version benefits from all the technical characteristics of the range.

Reversible and available in standard model (with or without interior rosette) or narrow profile to adapt to different types of doors, this autonomous access control system does not require any electrical connection (powered by two AAA lithium batteries). Compatible with the DOMConnect® by Dény Security system, it offers great programming flexibility (Off Line, On Line, Access on Card mode) regardless of the communication technologies used:

• BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and NFC (Near Field Communication) to transform any brand of smartphone into a virtual and intelligent keychain,

• 13.56 MHz RFID to read Mifare® type badges (Mifare Classic, Mifare Desfire). The latter guarantees more secure operation thanks to the encryption of communications and optimized data storage (recording of the last 2000 events).

With four different handle styles (L-Shape, Rounded L, U, Rounded U) optionally available with a SANPURE® antibacterial finish that can kill up to 99.9% of harmful microorganisms in two hours, Optimal Hand V2 S from Dény Security then makes it possible to reconcile security and reinforced health protection.
